Requirements:
- At least 12 years of professional experience and excellent knowledge in architect design work.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor, Architecture or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience for accomplishing the whole building project until the completion of the construction.
- Experience as a coordinator to control design information and coordinate among several parties.
- High levels of creativity, imagination and vision
- Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability
- Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
- Required skill(s): cad 2d & 3d, strong mathematical skills
- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design.
- Good knowledge in Construction Drawings & Shop Drawings
- Good skills in Sketch up
- Preferably non smoker
